Pawsonalized Co. offers personalized products that are made to order.
PRODUCTION
Because every personalized item is produced specifically for your order, production takes place after your order has been submitted and the personalization details have been received.
Our products are manufactured and fulfilled by professional print-on-demand production partners within Europe.
SHIPPING COSTS
We currently offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to the countries and regions shown as available at checkout, including Germany and the supported European Union countries.
The shipping price shown at checkout is the final shipping price charged to the customer.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production workload, destination, carrier delays, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Personalized products require production before they can be shipped.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
If you notice an error in your address after ordering, please contact us immediately at hello@pawsonalizedco.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipping has begun.
FAILED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES
If a shipment cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional costs for reshipping may apply where permitted by law.
