These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the online store Pawsonalized Co. at pawsonalizedco.com.

2. PRODUCTS

Pawsonalized Co. sells personalized print-on-demand products.

Product images and mockups are intended to provide an accurate representation of the finished product. Minor differences in color, positioning, or appearance may occur because of screen settings and the manufacturing process.

3. PERSONALIZATION

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order.

This includes names, spelling, wording, sizes, and other customer-selected details.

Products are manufactured according to the information submitted with the order.

We reserve the right to refuse personalization content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, contains hate speech or other illegal material, or cannot reasonably be produced.

Customers must have the necessary rights to any text, image, logo, photograph, or other content they provide for personalization.

4. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of products in our online store does not itself constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the checkout process and clicking the final order button, the customer submits a binding order.

A contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation, commencing fulfillment, or otherwise expressly confirming acceptance.

5. PRICES AND TAXES

Prices displayed to consumers include applicable value-added tax where required by law.

Any applicable shipping costs are shown during checkout. Where free shipping is offered, no separate shipping charge will be added for the applicable destination.

6. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal.

The respective payment provider’s terms may additionally apply.

7. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Personalized products are made to order and are generally produced after the order has been accepted.

Fulfillment and shipping may be performed by third-party production and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Customers should contact us immediately if they need to correct an order.

Once production has begun, a personalized order may no longer be changed or cancelled.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

This applies in particular to products individually personalized with names, text, images, or other customer-selected elements.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

10. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND STATUTORY WARRANTY RIGHTS

Consumers retain all mandatory statutory warranty and conformity rights.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, content on pawsonalizedco.com, including branding, product presentation, text, graphics, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Pawsonalized Co. to the extent protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory product liability.

13. GOVERNING LAW

German law applies.

For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in their country of habitual residence.
